Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received — immediately for card payments, or when we verify your e-transfer or cash deposit. The remaining balance is due before your event date: charged automatically to your saved card, or paid by e-transfer for manual bookings.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change. Contact us as early as possible to reschedule — we move bookings to a new available date at no charge. Cancellation refund terms depend on notice given and will be confirmed in writing when you cancel.

Availability

Product availability shown on this site is live but not a guarantee until your deposit is received. If an item becomes unavailable due to damage from a prior event, we'll offer a comparable substitute or a full refund for that item.

Rental terms

Use of rented items is governed by the rental agreement presented at checkout. Delivery windows, buffer times, and pickup obligations are part of that agreement.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for your booking. We are not responsible for event outcomes affected by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
