Rental Agreement

Rental period

Standard rentals run 24 hours from your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Extended periods must be arranged in advance. Late returns are billed at the daily rate per additional day.

Care of items

You agree to use items only for their intended purpose and to protect them from weather, open flame, and misuse. Flower walls and marquee letters must remain in the location our crew places them unless moving is arranged with us.

Damage & loss

Normal wear is expected and included. Significant damage, staining beyond cleaning, or loss is billed at the item's repair or replacement cost. We photograph items at delivery and collection.

Delivery & collection

Someone 18+ must be present at the delivery window to receive items and at the collection window to release them. Items must be gathered, accessible, and reasonably clean at collection time.

Weather

Electrical items (marquee letters, heaters) must be kept dry. If weather threatens an outdoor setup, move items under cover or contact us — we'd rather help relocate than bill for damage.
