The Fine Print, Kindly
Questions, answered
- How long is a standard rental?
- 24 hours, anchored to your delivery time — delivered at 3PM Saturday means collected by 3PM Sunday. Longer windows are easy to arrange after booking.
- How does the deposit work?
- Paying by card, you pay a deposit at checkout and your card is securely saved; the balance is charged automatically a few days before your event, with a reminder first. Paying by e-transfer or cash, we hold your items for 48 hours while your deposit arrives.
- What does delivery cost?
- Delivery is zone-based across Metro Vancouver — closer to our Surrey studio costs less, and each zone has a free-delivery threshold. Pickup from our studio is always free.
- What if my date isn't available?
- Availability is live on every product page, down to the quantity. If your date shows open stock, it's yours the moment you book — our system holds inventory the whole way through checkout.
- What happens if something is damaged?
- Minor wear happens and we plan for it. Significant damage or loss is covered by the rental agreement you accept at checkout — read it any time at /rental-agreement.
