What we collect

When you book with us we collect the information needed to fulfil your rental: your name, email address, phone number, and — for deliveries — your event address. If you pay by card, payment details are processed and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To process bookings, deliveries, and payments
• To send transactional email about your order (confirmations, receipts, reminders)
• To maintain a customer record so repeat bookings are easier

We do not sell personal information, and we don't send marketing email without your consent.

Where it lives

Order and customer data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel). Payments are handled by Stripe; transactional email by Resend. Access to customer records is restricted to authenticated staff, and administrative actions are logged.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep for tax purposes), by contacting us at any time.
